Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team at Dayco Heating & AC. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial customers in the Kennewick, Washington area.

Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, thermostats, and motors
- Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines
- Inspect and test systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Assist with maintenance tasks to keep HVAC systems running efficiently
- Educate customers on how to properly use and maintain their HVAC systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Certification in HVAC installation and repair
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
