About Coast:Coast provides a platform to create interactive, bespoke API demos, helping API-first businesses drive sales, reduce activation time, and present their API capabilities effectively.Job Description:As a Solutions Engineer at Coast, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our services' technical and sales aspects. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to build out proof of concept demos and help with technical implementation.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Build proof of concept demos using customer's APIs</li><li>Support new customer in onboarding and success</li><li>Communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly.</li><li>Technical Support: Provide technical insights during to help clients understand the benefits and functionalities of our products.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with our founding team to improve product offerings and strategies.</li><li>Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to aid in product development and improvement.</li></ol>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of APIs (Postman) and the API-first ecosystem.</li><li>Proven experience or a strong desire to be in a customer facing technical role.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.</li></ul>
