Job Title: Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of new and existing customers by reviewing and verifying documents as per the KYC processes.
- Effectively analyse customer data and irregular activities and report any suspicious transactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYC compliance operations, responding to changes in regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all customer records are accurate, complete and up-to-date in accordance with internal policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, compliance, and KYC procedures.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
