Job Title: Ocean Import Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Ocean Import Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

- Update and maintain accurate records and official paperwork for each shipment.
- Act as a liaison between shippers, carriers, and customers, communicating updates and handling any issues or queries.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of import processes in compliance with safety and distribution standards.

Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an Ocean Import Coordinator or a similar role in logistics.
- Familiarity with import laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and logistics software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
